Please note that once goods are shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you to enable you to track your order. Please note the onus is therefore on the buyer to track their order. By making payment you are consenting to this disclaimer.
Shipping Details
Door-to-door shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Although we will endeavor to get your order to you as fast as possible please note that by making payment you accept that your delivery may take up to 5 days to reach you.
Change in the delivery address
Please note that address changes will not be made once your order has been shipped.
Direct Transfer Payment Orders
Please send your proof of payment to orders@shopbeautyontapp.co.za.dedi1694.jnb1.host-h.net should you self the direct transfer payment option. Orders will be left on hold for 24 hours pending payment following which they will be canceled. Should you not use your order number as a payment reference please note that there may be a delay in shipping your order.
Swaziland and Botswana orders – Please allow 7-10 business days. Please note that customs will be payable once the goods have been declared by the courier. This amount will be invoiced and payable to the courier.
